Having visited the shop whilst on holiday in Devon in October, I decided to order some Bergere wool to complete a weaving project on my loom. As there was no local stockist in my area, Ajanta was the obvious choice for reordering. And I was not disappointed!! The wool arrived very promptly (in the clever vacuum-packed bag which kept the shipping cost low) and was exactly what I needed!! Furthermore, a 10% promotional discount was also applied. I thought I would be unable to find an affordable pattern for the Jacket to complete my Mexican Vaquero outfit. With this pattern I found exactly what I was looking for. The style of the two alternative jackets is historically accurate and will need little more then a little detailing. The option of two subtly different jackets, two waistcoats and trousers is fantastic value for money (at a very affordable price). The jacket only requires 2 meters of fabric, allowing my to invest a little in trimmings. Delivery was incredibly fast, giving me time to have my new costume completed by Christmas. I shall certainly be doing business with Ajanta in the future.
