when package came i must admit i was a bit baffled. but when i opened it what a good idea!! by shrink wrapping the product it saved on postage and was perfectly fine when opened.i have now started to knit my grand daughter a cot blanket as this is her favourate wool and she wont sleep without her blankie. i will definitely recomend you to my friends and will be back ordering soon. many thanks.

when my package arrived it was very flat and i wondered if i was receiving a ball of wool! when opened we could see it was vacuum packed and of course when that was opened the wool fluffed perfectly fluffy! we were delighted with it and will certainly use you again, thank you
