My youngest nephew is showing interest in his wardrobe and is very particular in what he buys and wears. This has led to him deciding to learn about embroidery, and embelish a denim jacket to his design. You saved my face mask project recently by supplying me with 6mm elastic, so I knew you wouldn't let me down when mym nephew ran out of his embroidery thread. And you didn't! It's now been delivered and he's thrilled - at seeing me after 8 weeks lockdown too! Thank you so much for your efforts. I WILL use your shop again.

How quickly will my order arrive?
Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.
We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.
While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01548 855679 or sales@ajantastudios.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly. You can also cancel your order before your goods have been dispatched to you.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Postage costs for returning items to us shall be borne by you.
